Sometimes it’s a manufacturing defect, poor battery life, or you just don’t like what you’ve paid for. No problem. For a period of 30 days from your purchase you can exchange your device for a new one or receive a FULL in-store or online credit. Physical damages to products void all warranties, express or implied.
DEVICE & DISPOSABLE WARRANTY CONDITIONS
To have a valid warranty claim on a device or disposable vape device, you must keep the product packaging/outer sleeve which contains the proof of purchase and authentication stickers. We cannot warranty devices or disposable vape devices without their original packaging.

Returns

Our policy lasts thirty days. If you have passed 30 days by since your purchase and we are unable to offer you a return or exchange.
You are able to return an item when it's unopened and still in the same state as the day you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
